To achieve this colossal aspiration, BGSCC has put together a unique organisation structure intertwined with elements of governance and execution. Committees composite of eminent leaders from across professional realms take on the executive decisions in regards to partnerships and accreditation.

The advisory panel of BGSCC consists of 7 professionals with decades of exemplary track records from diverse fields of professions including, legislature, bureaucracy, activism, social work and corporate leadership but is limited by these professional domains. The primary function of this body is to provide advisory and guidance to the executive leadership of the organisation.

The executive leadership is held by Dr. Sandesh Yadav, General Secretary from our board of governance. He is the executive head of the organisation and is functioned to lead the organisation in every matter concerned. He is the primary representative and provides strategic and operative guidance for the long term as well as the day to day functioning of the organisation.

The research and development department of BGSCC functions as the backbone of the organisation. This body undertakes functions of knowledge creation and management. They continuously identify new sectors for our engagement build standards, protocols, and other guidelines to guide the operations of BGSCC and its affiliated organisations.

The role of this body is very crucial for the overall success of the organisation. They catalyse partnerships at the organisational as well as the functional levels. They play a pivoting role in advocacy and awareness for demand generation as well as forging meaningful partnerships to further the cause and agenda of the organisation. They are the primary point of contact for any organisation that seeks consultation or accreditation services from BGSCC.

This committee will review and assess applications of every organisation that intends to secure accreditation and BGSCC Mark. Guided by the BGSCC standards, this panel assesses every application of bodies who aspire to give recognitions and awards to others in their field of work, by organising events and award ceremonies. Their assessment report and recommendations are then submitted to the BG Mark Granting Committee for the final review before accreditation.

To ensure the value-coherence and correctness, each organisation undergoes a final interview (physical or video conference) with the Granting Panel. Upon successful completion of face to face interview, the panel shall make the final decision for awarding or rejection of application for the BGSCC Mark.

After robust review and due diligence for each application, the BGSCC Mark is awarded, but even after that the chances of fallout and non-compliance persist. The V&M Committee is tasked to conduct conformity assessments. They ensure that the applicant who has secured the BGSCC Mark, continues to maintain the BGSCC standards and upgrade themselves as per the needs of the market. The committee shall keep vigilance for which they will do surprise field visits and standard auditing.
